Shell Services International required an IT consultant to help them support their Microsoft Windows NT4 domain with a user base of 5000+ onshore/offshore users.

The Client
Shell Services International are the  IT arm of the oil giant Shell, the requirement was to provide an IT consultant to carry out a support role within their busy NT support department. 

The Problem
Shell Exploration have an infrastructure of 100+ Microsoft NT4 servers providing Email, File and Print and Applications Services to their 5000+ user base. I highly skilled and motivated individual would be required to fill this demanding role

The Solution
RTFM provided their lead consultant Steve Brand who had previous knowledge of the site and infrastructure from a previous assignment at Shell. Steve worked fulltime on the assignment for the length of the contract
