Portfolio - FCA
FCA required a firm of IT consultants who were
situated locally to their main office in the heart
of Aberdeenshire. They required an ad-hoc service
to support their current Windows 2000 Active
Directory and remote user community
The Client
FCA current have an ISDN LAN service supplied by
BT. The requirement was to supply ad-hoc support
services to maintain their current Windows 2000
Active Directory. FCA also have a number of remote
users based in England that required telephone
support.
The Problem
FCA's current support provider was based outside
of Aberdeenshire and their support model no longer
fitted FCA's requirements
The Solution
RTFM provided an ad-hoc support contract that
comprised all of FCA's requirements with agreed
SLA's.
